What would I be doing day to day?
Who am I supporting: 2 Partners & Team
Providing EA support and working as an integral part of a close-knit support team to support the Head of Marketing, Head of Community and Head of Talent.
Key duties:
* Administrative support – diary management, arranging meetings & lunches, scheduling, call handling, filtering calls, expenses etc
* Booking international travel arrangements
* Booking conference calls across multiple time zones
* Schedule and follow up on calls/correspondence
* Producing correspondence and PowerPoint presentations
* Event planning and coordination.
* Sourcing items like branded gifts and clothing
* Update CRM as needed
What is the company looking for?
* Previous EA experience (min 5 years), ideally within professional and finance sector.
* Events and Marketing experience.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent MS Office and Google skills.
* Highly Organised
* Experience supporting multiple team members simultaneously.
* Able to take initiative and proactively engage with all aspects of the support function and team.
* An attention to detail, enthusiastic approach to work, highly motivated, flexible,
* Proactive, high EQ, excellent critical judgement and accurate gut feel.
Availability: Immediately Available or short notice
