What would I be doing day to day?
Who am I supporting: 1 Director and team
Key duties: Travel booking for the UK, US and Europe, booking meetings, all round EA, happy to also support the team on an ad-hoc basis, putting together presentations, being a gatekeeper, someone who can manage a fast-paced role, be client focussed, detail orientated, pro-active and be 10 steps ahead of him.
What makes this position great? This is a great role where no two days are the same but also will start as soon as possible with a view to go permanent for the right person.
What is the company looking for?
Background and experience: Someone resilient, robust and able to deal with a demanding perfectionist. This is supporting a Director who is supportive and will build a relationship but needs someone with excellent attention to detail.

Availability: You MUST be available immediately or at short notice and be happy to start in a temporary role with a view to go permanent.
