Are you an organized and proactive individual with a passion for executive support and office management? A prestigious Mayfair-based Venture Capital firm is currently seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant and Office Manager with fluency in German to join their team.

Position: Executive Assistant (EA) and Office Manager
Location: Mayfair, London
Working Arrangement: 5 days in the office

Responsibilities:

As the Executive Assistant and Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the seamless operation of the office and providing high-level assistance to key executives. Your responsibilities will include:

Executive Support:

* Managing complex calendars and scheduling appointments.
* Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries.
* Handling communication on behalf of executives.

Office Management:

* Overseeing day-to-day office operations and ensuring a positive working environment.
* Managing office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
* Handling incoming inquiries and correspondence.

*

Fluency in German:

* Utilizing your fluent German language skills to facilitate communication with German-speaking clients, partners, and associates.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

Requirements:

* Fluency in German is essential.
* Prior experience in a similar role within a financial or venture capital firm is advantageous.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
