What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I supporting: VP and Partners

Key duties:

* Heavy diary management
* International travel bookings, travel logistics and visas
* Dealing with expenses and invoices
* General IT processes & support
* Projects and event coordination
* Ad hoc admin responsibilities
* Hybrid working offered

What is the company looking for?

* Ideally you have strong EA experience 1:2 / supporting a team, within the finance, tech, and professional services sectors
* CRM experience is necessary
* Ability to work in fast paced environment, to deadlines, highly adaptable with a strong attention to detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Great working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
