Position: EA / Executive Assistant to team of 6 including a partner

Salary: £45,000-£55,000

Hybrid set up: 3 days in office, 2 days working from home

Key responsibilities for this EA / Executive Assistant position:

* Diary management and conference bookings
* Coordinating global travel, itineraries and processing expenses
* Admin and team support

What background and experience are the company looking for?

* 5-7 years of EA experience within financial services
* Need to be competent to support multiple individuals across all levels
* Thrive working in a fast-paced enviornment and juggling various priorities!
