C&C Search is currently recruiting an EA / Executive Assistant / PA / Personal Assistant to join an exciting boutique private equity firm. Office located in the city with occasional flexibility to work from home. Excellent benefits package and company ethos!

Position: EA / Executive Assistant / PA / Personal Assistant

Salary: £45,000-£55,000

Hybrid set up: Five days a week based in the office (occasional flexibility to work from home)

Benefits: Healthcare, life assurance, annual holiday allowance and pension contribution

Key responsibilities for this EA / Executive Assistant / PA / Personal Assistant position:

* Diary management, travel coordination and processing expenses
* Client liasion and scheduling/preparing for meetings
* Office management duties
* Admin assistance and team support

What background and experience are the company looking for?

* Need to have 2+years of EA / PA experience, ideally within finance and supporting at a senior level
* Have exceptional attention to detail, be able to be adaptable to a fast-paced and ever changing environment and support multiple people simultaneously
* Excellent MS Office
