What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I supporting: Managing Director.

Key duties:

* Managing their complex diaries and inboxes.
* Booking all travel arrangements and logistics
* Liaising directly with clients and arranging client meetings.
* Liaise and work with other Executive Assistants.
* Managing business expenses and other ad hoc administrative duties.

What is the company looking for?

* Previous EA/PA experience including travel management.
* Ideally, with experience in professional or financial services.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Highly organised and resourceful.
* Strong attention to detail, strong work ethic and ability to multitask.
* Positive energy and an ability to solve problems creatively.
