Location: Mayfair
Salary: £30 000 – £45 000 DoE
Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 from home

What would I be doing day to day?
Who am I supporting:
* You will be supporting the CEO as an Executive Assistant, working closely with the Executive team.
Key duties:
* Key duties include diary and inbox management, meeting coordination, minute taking, preparation of presentation materials, research and reporting tasks, travel booking, event management, project work, and providing support to the Executive team.
* You will also have responsibilities related to facilities management within the company, requiring a proactive and hands-on approach.

* Strong expertise in diary management, organisational skills, and IT literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with attention to detail, are essential.
* Experience in facilities management would be advantageous.
* The company values individuals who understand the importance of confidentiality, demonstrate tact and diplomacy, and are prepared to make a difference.
Background and experience:
* Candidates should have a background in the finance industry, particularly in banking, wealth management, or investment banking.
* Relevant experience in executive support or similar roles is preferred, demonstrating the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* A strong value system aligned with the company’s mission and culture is desirable.

* Degree educated preferred but not essential
