Location: City-based

Salary: £45,000-£60,000

Hybrid: 2-3 days based in the office

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

* Proactively managing calendars, scheduling meetings, email management
* Preparing agendas, minute-taking, follow-up actions
* Liasing with external stakeholders
* Coordinating complex global travel
* Gatekeeping and ad hoc project support

Background and experience:

* Minimum 3-5+ years experience as a PA/EA
* Highly competent working to tight deadlines and in a super demanding and fast-paced environment
