Digital Construction Manager Permanent

We have an excellent opportunity for a Digital Construction Manager to join our client respected and recognised for Designing & Building a number of the most iconic buildings in the UK.

They have an excellent reputation for being an industry leader and are one of the most Digital/BIM focused tier 1 contractors.

They are recruiting a BIM Manger to join the team delivering one of their flagship projects and to be part of a growing and successful business unit.

Digital Construction Manager:

Will be responsible for managing the BIM deliverables across the lifecycle of the project.

3/4 days based on site you will be working in conjunction with the project team internal and external project stakeholders.

The role would suit a passionate BIM professional keen on implementing new ideas to improve current processes.

Role:
Will be responsible for the project BIM Coordinator/s.
Provide BIM training and support when required.
Updating on BIM status, monthly reports
Develop bespoke project BIM Execution Plans
Identifying and communicating key requirements to the design team.

Required:
Experience of ISO 19650 certification.
Previous implementation of BIM on live construction projects.
At least 5 years’ working within the construction industry.
3D proficiency producing models with Revit.
Clash detection experience using Navisworks/Solibri.
4D experience.
