What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

* Answer all customer queries and requests
* Provide solutions and connect them to the relevant points of contact
* Assisting the product team
* Working closely with the Marketing Team on projects
* Using internal systems

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
