Cover Supervisor secondary Colchester Essex ASAP start Contract

Destination Education is currently working with a range of Secondary Schools in Colchester, Essex, who are looking for cover supervisors to work on a supply and long term basis starting ASAP!

You will be a determined and experienced cover supervisor with excellent classroom management and ready for the next step in their career.

Some parts of the role will consist of being able to manage behaviour effectively, liaising with Teaching Assistants and covering all lessons across key stages 3&4.

The ideal cover supervisor will:

* Have experience in UK based Secondary Schools
* Have experience covering a range of secondary based subjects across KS3&4
* Have a strong understanding of the UK curriculum
* Be well organised with strong behaviour management
* Have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with staff and pupils.
