What would I be doing day to day?
Position: Global Compensation and Benefits Analyst
This role is fully remote
Who will I be reporting into: Global HR Director
* Partnering with internal stakeholders to design and operate a reward and bonus incentive program
* Lead and manage multiple compensations programs
* Drive process improvement activities
* Support the executive team in influencing the benefits strategy
* Develop key metrics

Background and experience
* Experience designing and delivering bonus and reward programs
* At least 5 years’ experience in finance, compensation, or consulting
