What would I be doing day to day?

You will be supporting the CEO with driving forward the company strategy

* Project Management
* Change Management
* Stakeholder engagement
* Some line management responsibilities
* High level coordination
* Relationship building internally and externally

What makes this position great? You’ll be working directly alongside the CEO bringing the company strategy forward, in to a reality. You’ll be working on high level projects, overseeing significant pieces of work and be a right hand to the CEO.

What is the company looking for? They are looking for a candidate who has either done a Chief of Staff (COS) position before, or who is stepping up in to a COS role. Any candidates stepping up must have prior experience as a Business Manager, Strategy Manager or a projects/ strategy based EA to a C Suite level principle. Candidates from a financial services background are preferred.
