Chartered Building Surveyor

Chartered Building Surveyor required to work for an independent Property Consultancy based in Bristol.

The successful candidate must be RICS qualified, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience and have worked in a consultancy role. The vacancy provides an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and self-motivated professional and includes all aspects of commercial Building Surveying advice, including new build and refurbishment projects, dilapidations advice, schedules of condition and building surveys throughout the South West.

The client will consider applications from Surveyor level upwards and remuneration will be commensurate to level, dependant on skills and previous experience.
