This is a great opportunity for CDM Consultant to grow and develop within a positive and supportive environment.
The CDM Consultant will be working on a diverse portfolio of projects and clients in and around the greater London area.
Duties:
Provide blue chip clients with first class Health and Safety and CDM support
Utilising your knowledge of legislation and best practice you will consult as a Principal Designer for external clients.
Client management and relationship building.
Ensure compliance in line with current CDM regulations
Consult clients on Construction Phase Plans, Method Statements & Design Risk Management
Site audits/inspections from design stage to client hand over
Report writing experience
Be an effective communicator experienced in stake holder management
You:
Have a relevant industry degree or equivalent
IMaPS preferably CMaPS
NEBOSH or equivalent
The role requires experience with CDM 2015 as a Principal Designer
You will have experience of Health and Safety and Construction Methodology.
