Candidate Resourcer Permanent

Destination Education is currently looking for a hardworking and confident individual to join our business as a Candidate Resourcer.

Destination Education is an established Teaching Agency placing Teachers and Support Staff in schools and colleges across London and the Home Counties. Due to expansion across our Primary School division, we have an immediate vacancy for a Candidate Resourcer to work from our City of London office.

Role of a Candidate Resourcer:

* Sourcing candidates from online job boards, advert placement, job fairs, referrals and other sources
* Arranging meetings with candidates to attend a face-to-face or online registration, carrying out a screening interview using a set out criteria
* Once interview has taken place, you will then be managing their application using a set out compliance procedure through to a clear file stage, where they will then be eligible to go out to work. Using our database where all information will be stored and updated accordingly
* Liaising with the recruitment consultants regarding new candidate registrations and assisting with any daily and long term bookings/placements

Ideal Candidate Resourcer:

* Ambitious, tenacious, resilient and confident liaising with candidates face-to-face and over the phone/online
* Superb telephone manner and persuasive abilities together with excellent research skills and the ability to multi-task
* Strong interpersonal skills with effective listening and enquiry abilities, both in-person and via telephone
* Able to cope with pressure and meet targets
* A good team player with the ability to work on own initiative

While this is not a sales role, it does have a direct impact on the sales side of the business. While you will be working independently, you will be part of a bigger team who all want to succeed and therefore part of a bigger picture. This is a full-time role and basic salaries will range from £22,000 – £28,000 depending on experience
