We have a vacancy for a chartered building surveyor (MRICS) with at least 5 years relevant experience.

You will have experience in some of the following areas; building pathology, residential surveys, dilapidations, party walls, specification writing and contract administration, CAD drawings, submission for planning and Building Regulation approval.

You will need the ability to communicate with clearly written reports to a variety of types of client as well as a good knowledge of construction and building pathology.

You may also have experience in building acquisition surveys, dilapidations or party wall matters.

There is scope to become an integral part of this growing firm and for salary to increase commensurate with performance and fee income.
