This is an excellent opportunity for an innovative and creative BIM Coordinator to join one of the UK’s Premier Contractors. This is a site-based role working in conjunction with the project team adding support to all BIM activities.
Required:
Able to interrogate complex 3D models using Revit and Navisworks to ensure buildability.
Able to read and interpret 2D drawings and convert them to accurate 3D models for the purpose of setting out for construction.
Able to produce 3D models using Revit.
Produce 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
Produce 3D models of MEP services using Revit.
Design / BIM coordination and design change identification.
Desired:
Experience with the on-site construction processes and willing to learn.
Experienced with BEP’s, LOD requirements, and clash detection.
Knowledge of the principles of modern methods of construction
Knowledge of either Civil3D and/or MicroStation.
