BIM Coordinator Permanent

Our client is an Architectural practice known for delivering creative high-quality designs, aesthetic and sustainable buildings that enhance their surroundings. Utilising a collaborative approach to achieve their client’s vision.

They have an opportunity for a BIM Coordinator to join their team in London working with the BIM Manager and project leads.

Responsibilities

Provide assistance to the project team in producing BIM models

Produce BIM models, documentation and content creation

Implement the BIM Execution Plans on the project with adherence to set standards

Be integral in providing ‘Best Practice’ guidance on workflows for project teams

Required:

Excellent Revit skills including model maintenance, advanced family creation, troubleshooting

Experienced of Dynamo,

Able to use Navisworks / Solibri desirable

BIM 360 is desirable as is the use of AutoCAD and MicroStation

Due to the nature of some of the projects that require security clearance you will need to be a resident in the UK for the last 5 years.

This is an excellent opportunity for a BIM Coordinator that wishes to work on a varied range of projects for a company that is pushing the boundary in sustainability and BIM.
