We are recruiting a BIM Coordinator for our client a specialist contractor, known for designing and delivering a number of the capitals most prestigious and complex engineering projects.
They pride themselves on an integrated value-based approach covering sustainability, health and safety quality and innovation.
Role
Be able to analyse complex 3D models using Revit and Navisworks to ensure buildability.
Produce accurate 3D MEP models using Revit
Able to read and interpret 2D drawings and transfer to accurate 3D models.
Be able to identify and communicate RFI’s with internal and external teams
Be able to add asset data to Revit and excel as per COBie requirements.
Provide coordination for permanent & temporary works designs.
Desired:
Previous experience of either Bentley MicroStation or Civil 3D
Mission Critical experience
Familiar LOD requirements and clash detection.
