Assistant Land and Partnerships Manager

ASSISTANT LAND AND PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER – WEST YORKSHIRE REGION – LEEDS BASED

I am currently working with a fast growing top 10 house builder who are looking for an Assistant Land and Partnerships Manager to join their busy team. The role will cover the West Yorkshire region and will be based from my clients Leeds office.

The ideal candidate will be extremely ambitious, driven and eager and have some working knowledge of the West Yorkshire area and the associated authorities. I am looking for someone who has had some time working with a developer or partnership and is looking to further progress their career. The main purposes of the role will be to assist and support in the pro-active sourcing, management and progress potential land and partnership opportunities and to implement, understand and adhere to all SHEQ policy and strategy.

KEY SKILLS

Good financial and commercial acumen

The ability to operate with decision makers

Able to operate effectively within other departments

Able to multi task, prioritise and has good time management skills

Ability to produce clear and accurate reports

Salary is between £35,000 and £40,000 plus package including car or car allowance, regional bonus, private healthcare and on site parking.
