Architectural Technician Technologist Permanent

We are currently seeking an Architectural Technician/ Technologist for a busy West Wales Practice. The areas of expertise offered by the practice include new build residential, leisure and sports facilities, medical and care home facilities, accommodation for disabled, interior design, hotels, restaurant and public houses and office accommodation.

The ideal individual will have proven ability of working as an Architectural Technician (ideally 3 years plus) and responsibilities will include measured surveys, preparation of design concept / planning drawings and construction drawings and someone with a solid AutoCAD knowledge and a sound understanding of the architectural market in general. The successful Architectural Technician will be producing working drawings and technical designs for a variety of sectors and also on prestigious London projects as the practice also has a London office.
